NOT recommended for beginners - Not an easy replacement
1 of 1 found this helpful I am VERY experienced computer repairman. I watched YouTube videos posted by NewPower99 - they made it look easy BUT IT IS NOT EASY TO OPEN THE CASE and they don't tell you that most likely the tabs will crack off and case will NOT close properly. Also the provided plastic tools WILL leave small dents in the brushed metal "beauty" ring that circumvents the Samsung Tab.
Inside the Tab: once the flat PC cables have been removed replacing the battery may be challenging - depending on the replacement battery. Tolerances are close and require either OEM Battery or battery made to exacting standards. Removing the battery plug requires diligence so as not to crack the mother board.
My Opinion: This is NOT a repair for someone who is a beginner or low level intermediate. The risk of breaking your expensive Samsung Tablet are too great.

Made in China, not first rate product

Didn't realize product made in China... called company and dynarex says all their products now made in China. If you want cheap price a fair so-so product this is for you. (they do work but not the greatest) I've tried the AEROMED brand and they are always wet, wet and way better quality ... BUT they cost more!!

Hoover Cordless Vacuum Battery Charger
If you have a good battery this charger will charge it properly. The glowing blue LED indicator advises you when battery is charged. Simply insert battery in the charger and forget it, come back later to a warm slow pulsing blue LED light on top of unit and Voila! Battery is charged and ready to use... no guessing. BTW, the blue LED can also "advise" of problems with your battery.
I consider this a "SMART" charger :) Either of the pictured chargers do the job well, just make your choice, the one marked LiNX was the unit that originally came with my LiNX Cordless Vacuum Cleaner.
