    My Sub Box came with a decent-sized chunk missing from the box. I contacted the seller with images and asked for a partial refund. The seller said that since it was cosmetic he would not refund me. Who would want a brand-new item broken especially for Christmas? It was not packaged the best either. He offered to send me a swag pack but why would I want that? That doesn't fix my damaged box. Will not buy from him again.
