Great Mixed Bag
Great variegated musical stylings create a fun, yet though provoking listen that is part and parcel of Maynard James Keenan's talent.

Tool Sets the Bar High
Easily one of the greatest alt rock/prog rock and overall rock bands of all time. Crisp sound, evocative lyrics, blistering visuals and master class musicianship. Fear Inoculum is one of their best efforts and sets the stage for what music should be. Fantastic album.

James Gunn's Triumphant Return
A hard R frames this astoundingly good and criminally under-watched film. Stallone's King Shark is terrific and allows for genuinely gleeful performance tempered with homicidal tendencies. This pretty much covers the majority of the cast. Margot Robie's return as Harley Quinn has more punch this time around with the absence of the Joker. Daniela Melchior's "Ratcatcher 2" is a breakthrough performance. David Daltmachian's Polka Dot Man is transformed from a punchline to a trauma laden superior character. Idris Elba's Bloodsport is the glue that holds the film together. The gonzo reach of the film's main villain exemplifies that when Gunn swings he aims for beyond the fences. Great film.
