Worth the Money!
Very light weight... came with a ding in the back and a wrinkle in the 'leather' at one edge... otherwise a superior deal (If it lasts).

I don't really know if it gets into my system easily or efficiently. It's hard for me to say if it's helping with my type 2 diabetes issues.

To me, it has a mild nutty taste/aroma (one of the early ingredients on the list is flax seed) with hints of sweetness and the slightest grassiness to finish it off. But that's because I sometimes just dump a scoop in my mouth and a big gulp of water, shake my face and tongue, then swallow. Then I drink more water. I probably taste it more concentrated than most folks.
And, it's a great price... I'm planning on getting more.
