Good for when you need a little extra light

Bought these to light the path for my elderly dog who was going blind. Not as good as mains ones but are well worth buying as additional lights or if you don't want cables dragging all over. Better if set on the minimum settings or the light will be dim if there hasn't been strong enough daylight.

Totally blinkered.

As others have said, this really does exclude all light. If it doesn't, then you are wearing it wrongly. I was tired (excuse the pun) of being woken at 4am on weekday mornings by passing traffic with headlights blazing. After reading the reviews for this product, I took the plunge even though it was a bit pricier than I'd anticipated. So glad I did. I had to put it on at about 4.30am and wsa sound asleep within minutes. Only problem was that I overslept! I'll have to remember to set the alarm so I no when it's time to wake up.

Very illuminating!

Bought 2 of these based on previous reviews. They are for my elderly dog who tends to get up in the night and wander around. Until I got these, I had to leave lights on all night for her. Now the lights are off and as soon as she gets up, these come on and keep coming on as long as she is moving. I am extremely impressed with the brightness, adjustment, and sensitivity of the PIR. The fact that they double-up as an indoor torch is an added bonus. The torch part charges by induction. The price is also unbeatable.
