Noisy when on rechargeable batteries

Basically extremely noisy when powered with 1.2V rechargeable batteries. USB powered is ok. But totally unusable when on batteries.

Plastic broke

Plastic near the top of headphones broke off all off sudden. Right near those metal screws. I used just a few times and one day noticed some plastic parts near headphone's storage. I think it broke because the screws had been tighten too hard.
