A guide to healthy living & eating! . A timely reference book.
I had taken this book out at the library so was familiar with the contents. Because of the valuable information, I decided I wanted a Hard cover for my own personal reference library. The one I chose was in "like new" condition and I was very pleased with my purchase. This isn't just about weight loss it's a guide to healthy living written by competent professionals.
