KNOCK-OFF FILTER. PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.
1 of 1 found this helpful This product is a knock-off, not a genuine Samsung product. Please don’t buy it. Lowe’s has the original Samsung filter on sale for $40.99.
Right from beginning when I opened up the box I noticed coloring was off it wasn’t pure bright compared to filter I took out from refrigerators.since I had purchased two of them, I went and changed it anyway.It was very easy to install it fitted in rather nicely but over night water leaked all over in drawers and on floor after cleaning up.changed to second filter next day same result.Now I have two fake filters I can’t use.
I guess you get what you pay for.
I paid $26.65 with SH.
Now $26.65 in vain + I had to buy new GENUINE SAMSUNG filter($40.99)+cleaning up twice+the time and aggravation on top of that.
If you’re ready for all of that give it shot it may work for you. My sincere advice to you is do yourself a favor and buy an original genuine product and save yourself from a lot of headache.
