Great for basic Mossberg Shockwave
This fits a stock Mossberg 590S Shockwave perfectly. However, with a Streamlight TL-Racker forend light, it is too tight and the front sight gets caught on the top.

Size and shape perfect, but weight is off.
1 of 1 found this helpful I got the trainer after purchasing the Trench Hawk. It is perfectly shaped to match the real hawk down to the fasteners that attach the metal head. The metal head (or lack thereof) causes my only issue with the trainer, which is that the weight and thus balance are a bit off. The trainer is as safe as it can be with spike end.
