Save the hassle,buy a new unit
Having purchased several refurbished products over the years,I know what to expect when buying a previously used product.This product,however,fell well below what I expected.Listed as "like new" and "Inspected",I felt comfortable ordering the grill.Unfortunately,the item I received had gouges on every piece of the nonstick accessories,exposing the ceramic coating along with bare metal,not something I feel safe cooking on.I toss my cookware when it gets in this condition.A larger concern to me is the fact that the heating element on the lid and its screws dropped into the bottom of the unit when I first opened it.I have replaced the basket and screwed the element back into its lid and have had no problems with the grill,but it should have arrived in the condition described in the listing.
