loved but lost
Very pretty necklace,bought it as a Christmas present but lost it. Perhaps buy another at another time.

THE ONLY BRAND I TRUST
The only brand of melatonin I use, and have used for about 6 years now. It is the brand my neurologist recommended. He recommended 15mg/nightly. The higher dose helps with restless leg syndrome, and it has been very successful in treating it. I used to be bothered by it nightly, now I am rarely bothered by it.

Only Nature's Bounty
Nature's bounty is the ONLY brand of ginger That I will use. All other brands I have tried upset my stomach or give me heartburn. This brand does not do these things. I use ginger as a supplement to increase testosterone since I am an older man (71). Several studies Have show it to be effective for this purpose. I do feel better when using it.
