Love it, but it's a "lemon" product!

I love the Karma, but I'm pretty sure it's a 'lemon'. This was my 2nd one, got the first thru AT&T. First one 'died' while on a trip to FL, losing all contact info, texts, saved messages, etc. It was never dropped or anything! Just died. I was devastated! I love the Karma & I'm sooooo picky about my phone! After trying the Pantech Pursuit & Samsung Impression, I decided to try another Karma. After 3 weeks, the 2nd one did exactly what the first one did, only sooner! I'm sticking with the Impression for now, but would love if they came out with a Karma II~I would get it in a heartbeat!

Literally a Lifesaver!!!

Received promptly. Professional quality. Due to the different settings, I had to look up what measuring system is used in the U.S., it was extremely easy to set. It's easy to use, directions are easy to understand. Have been sober for almost a year and my Mother will swear that she still smells alcohol on my breath on occasion. Now, I carry this little wonder in my purse & prove her wrong every time. She has an appointment with an ear, nose & throat dr. next week...
