tastes great, but expensive, and bag seal broke.

Tastes amazing and does what it says! BUT, it is quite clearly expensive. If you can stand caking of unsweetened baking cocoa in your hot chocolate, it is much cheaper to buy baking cocoa and the sweetener separately. Otherwise, the best sugarfree hot chocolate I've had. One more note, the seal didn't work for me but it could be a manufacture fluke so I'll give benefit of the doubt. (first time I've encountered this with this brand)

It has good traits and features however ...

It has good traits and features however I really detest that after a short time with one brush head it will keep throwing a fit until you replace it. My dentist has rated my teeth as cleaned well with over half year old brush heads.

Overall great product with minor downsides

Overall: great! I am quite satisfied with my purchase. The reviews are quite accurate on the pros and cons: Pro: - sound quality - battery life - fit options - EQ options - good for sports/physical activity - range Con: - Quite awkward (silly) charging method but it works. - mic pickup not great (fixed by wearing cord in front of neck instead of back). - Can't use it while biking due to extreme sound cancellation. What I'm particularly happy about is that due to the varied fitting options, I am able to fit it in my ears that have very small ear canals AND the noise level is just within tolerable. Makes earbud shopping a chore but this did the job. I just wish there were an option for fitting that doesn't block out so much sound. That way I could hear others around me and the sound wouldn't be so loud at lowest volume. I can't give a full five stars based on the cons but I HIGHLY recommend this product! Very satisfied with my purchase.
