    Lens and board arrived in prompt manner. Best part of the deal; this is the older, (1960’s) Vivitar lens, which is a beautiful Japanese copy off a Schneider Componon, right down to thr Irish diaphragm with twice as many blades as the newer ones, AND therefore, the edges where the aperture blades intersect are all pointed. This makes for a far sharper lens than what’s offered now. Cleaning marks? Who cares? It’ll cut right through them. I’m a happy camper who is saving the seller!

Works well with linux
This is my first experience using a logic analyzer. I used in to map out the logic signals in a flat panel TV to know how the error signals are sent to the motherboard from the power supply. In my case I used both Logic and Pulseview on Linux Mint 17, zero drama, Just install the software and plug it in. It performed really well. I'm super excited to see what else I can use it for. I have so far looked at I2c and async serial communication which I use a lot. It's super small so I just keep it in my laptop case.

Good ballance of the most used features for a flash.
It has a good balnce of the most needed features. FP (high speed shutter sync) wireless capability built in when used with command mode on the camera. I have used it with the Nikon D200 and D300. The head can go bacwards for bonce flash from behind when camera mounted. It has focus assist lighting, multi strobe feature, standby mode to save power, and auto zoom for the beam width. It is also fairly compact.
