Installation Problem
Installation was difficult because the earpiece was very tight fitting. When I tried to adjust the angle, it applied too much pressure separating the cap of the earpiece and breaking a wire. That was the end of my M165. Never had that trouble with OEM hooks.
The loops were a nice added feature. Think I may be using them on my new M165 when I"m out in crowds.

screen and camera are excellent
15 of 15 found this helpful Battery life is incredible. my old galaxy s5 battery would be completely used in days with heavy use. same use and the s 10 plus still has about 2/3rds remaining. my only complaint is the programs trying take over and the system settings are not as easy to work with as the s5 was. Thought I might not like using this larger screen model. However, really like working with it and the view it provides. Would suggest not adding any more weight than necessary to protect the phone.
