Condor vest gets it done
Solid plate carrier. I have it set up for 20lbs and so far it is comfortable, durable and works well for training.

Quick fix ice pack
I read all the bad reviews, and still purchased just to see for myself. All the chatter is correct. Doesn't matter how long you freeze this item for, it only stays cold for about 5 minutes. Maybe a little longer depending how inflamed your area is. Best use might be a cold compress for a headache. If you need for an actual ice pack, this is not your item.
