Typical quality from DeWalt
I bought this as an investment on the recommendation of a colleague who uses another global brand of cordless tools in his business. The unit arrived direct from the manufacturer and is a high quality professionally designed item. I have not used it in anger yet but I did invest in the track system too and have not been disappointed. Impressed by the 54v system as this is my first step up from 18v. I have also purchased a specific blade to replace the standard DeWalt blade but it is more that adequate for the project tasks I have planned. I bought his through FXX as it was an offer over the Xmas period and at the discounted price I could not let it pass buy, resulting in my buying it earlier than planned. Looks great reasonably balanced, typical good quality fittings from DeWalt and am confident it will be a ripper delighted thus far.

Solid Performance from a quality manufacturer
I now have several of these as they beat any competitor hands down on every level. The additional investment in terms of price pays me back daily, great design, sturdy, safe, repairable, simple to service in fact bomb-proof, I would not use anything else, highly recommended and buy a pair first if you can!

A great blade for every circumstance.
These are my go-to circular and mitre saw blades for every ocassion. I have tried others but none performed as well or consistently as Freud, irrespective of the blade dimensions, circumference, or number of teeth. Across 3 devices these blades are exceptional performers, hold their edge, provide clean accurate cuts across a range of (in my case woods and wood) materials. Manufactured from high quality materials and accurately machined for precision there is little to fault in their sustained performance. Not the most costly circular saw blade but slightly more expensive that Trade blades but you get what you pay for. I resharpen my Freud blades at least once in their lifetime to extend their life but also to lower grade material where precision is still required. Highly recommended a great blade for every circumstance.
