Heavy duty product for harsh conditions
The reason I ordered these was to replace a heat shield on my car. I wanted aluminum but stainless seemed to be easier to locate in larger sizes. These turned out to be larger than I expected but the whole sizing thing was a bit confusing. A photo next to a coin for reference might be helpful for some of us. I tried them out on my mailbox door and they worked perfect so I moved on to the car. I'm not sure if I wore my gun out with the first two or if lying on your back with your arms up makes you weaker but I couldn't get them to "pop" on the car. They did fasten down fine, no complaints there. I just still have the shafts attached to them. Luckily for me they are in a location that it doesn't matter. That said, I'd recommend using a heavier duty gun that can do the job right. Overall I'm very pleased with how they worked and the fact that they are stainless and should resist corrosion better than the OEM aluminum did.

Simple solution for connecting a headset with mic
It was a previously owned item but still has life left in it at a decent savings for me. I just plugged it into the USB port and it worked. It didn't appear that Windows even had to install any drivers or do any special setup for it. It does all I wanted it to do, which was to be able to connect a headset with mic without getting a constantly repeating "you just (dis)connected a device" error from the front headphone jack. There was a loss of some functionality but that's a stubborn Windows configuration issue, nothing to do with the adapter.

What can I say? It fits in one hand, ha...
What can I say? It fits in one hand, has some decent weight to it. Has a nice aesthetic. I'm rather impressed with how easily it releases when you press the button. I can't imagine that I will regret this purchase even if I don't achieve my guitar playing dreams. The New Gear Day pamphlet included is informative and I got a good chuckle out of the "Sweet Thank You" that my sweet tooth appreciated it. When I head out for more gear I'll definitely look here first.
