  When the package arrived, I could immediately smell the perfume as I opened the package. It was not packed right, and as a result I lost a substantial amount of perfume all over the inside of the package, I have pictures as proof. The seller offered a partial refund. I guess this seller counts $6 as a "partial refund" out of a total of $25.. this seller also likes to ignore people, when confronted with they're wrong doing. There is a reason they only have a 93% rating on here..
